I am uncertain as to why, but it has been unseasonably cold this week.
The kind of cold that makes you want to stay indoors bake and snuggle under warm covers.
I am looking forward to doing some more fall decorating with my girls.
I'm also considering heading out to a Pumpkin Festival or Pumpkin Patch.
I love the scent of pumpkin seeds roasting. And drinking cocoa while warming our hands by the stove. I love the smell of the inside of a pumpkin... Each time we carve a pumpkin I tell my girls to smell the inside.. to remember that smell.. there is nothing like it..
I also am looking forward to warm coffee early Saturday morning and hopefully snuggling up in a warm blanket on our front porch with Brad...
A weekend of comfort.. that is most definitely my wish this Friday.. my wish for me.. my wish for you..

It sounds like you have the perfect weekend planned. :) I did, until Mother Nature decide rain was on the cards for today. Unfortunately it ruins quite a bit of plans, but there is nothing wrong with staying in and enjoying the coziness of home. :)
